Forvis Mazars XFactory Ukraine – corporate accelerator for startups from Ukraine

Born from our XFactory accelerator in France, XFactory Ukraine launched its first cohort in 2025, supporting 7 Ukrainian startups through 380 hours of expert guidance. Building on that experience, we are now opening applications for our 2nd cohort.

What is XFactory Ukraine:

XFactory Ukraine is a 5-month, free-of-charge acceleration program by Forvis Mazars – a global firm with 40,000+ experts across 100+ countries. Participants benefit from our international expertise, strategic coaching, and networking opportunities both within Ukraine and internationally.

Built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, the accelerator brings together Forvis Mazars specialists in strategy, finance, tax & legal, international growth, and more – giving your startup the foundations it needs to scale in Ukraine and beyond.

The program draws on best practices from our XFactory accelerator in France, where five cohorts of startups have already been supported by our international experts, now fully adapted for the Ukrainian startup ecosystem.

What startups will get:

Over 5 months, you’ll have access to Forvis Mazars’ global expertise and network – hands-on, and completely free:

• 1Access to top experts: a dedicated hour with every program mentor across business strategy, finance, accounting, taxation, and more, plus the flexibility to request additional consultations on topics most relevant to your growth
• 2Collective expert sessions: join specialised sessions with ecosystem builders, VC funds, business angel networks, and European startup communities

• Tax & Legal: customs, startup-specific regimes (Diia.City, Defence City), public sector cooperation
• HR & Strategy: recruitment, conflict management, development

Beyond mentioned, startups will also get networking opportunities, introductions to potential partners, clients, and investors, as well as visibility opportunities at international events.

Who can apply? 

1. Innovative startups from any civilian sector or dual-use product industry
2. Startups with Ukrainian roots – those based in Ukraine or founded by Ukrainians
3. Early stage startups (priority given to pre-seed or seed stages)
4. Proven fundraising track record and/or confirmed clients/users
5. Solutions that create a meaningful positive impact

Committed to diversity and gender equality, we aim for 70% of selected startups to be women-founded. Our goal is to empower women entrepreneurs and encourage them to apply.

Selection criteria:

• Team: the ability to drive the project’s development
• Value proposition: the uniqueness of the product or service
• Market and ecosystem: the startup’s operating environment and competitive advantage
• Business model and growth potential

An independent jury – including tech industry representatives – will review submissions (jury details to follow). 
Selected participants will be announced in May 2026.
