• Tetiana has extensive experience in corporate matters, contractual work, obtaining permits and licenses, working with regulatory authorities, resolving issues related to real estate / land, identifying risks in business activities related to registration actions, as well as risks of ownership structure, etc.​
• Currently, Tetiana is responsible for the provision of legal services, preparation of legal advice and legal due diligence.​
