2022 | Blanc SA, specialised in maintenance and cleaning services, has finalised its Family Buy-Out. Mazars was mandated to proceed with the valuation of the company and to assist the shareholders in their transmission.
The shareholders of Blanc SA have decided to pass on the family business. The fourth generation of entrepreneurs has entered the capital for the first time in the history of the company. In this context, Mazars assisted the stakeholders in the valuation of the company, the strategy, the execution and the closing of the transaction.
