Mazars Consulting achieves significant expansion of Valuation Institute license

The current licence authorises Mazars Consulting to create expert opinions and other statements in the following specialisations:

• the valuation of enterprises, including the valuation of individual components of assets, the valuation of rights, receivables and payables, intangible assets and other asset values, the valuation of services, the valuation of ownership interest and business shares, the valuation of non-monetary contributions in businesses, the valuation of settlement amounts;
• the review of related entity reports, the review of draft merger contracts, the specification of settlement amounts in monetary terms when dissolving a company with the transfer of the capital to the shareholders or associates, the review of distribution projects and the review of contracts for the distribution and acceptance of the business capital, the review of control agreements and profit transfer contracts, the review of appropriateness of  prices during the public proposal of contracts for the transfer of securities, the specification and assessment of fair prices;
• prices and estimates of real estate;
• prices and estimates of motor vehicles, agricultural machinery;
• accounting records – the determination of the fair value for accounting purposes;
• the method for determining and the determination of transfer (clearing) prices among related entities for tax purposes.
