Mazars: Pavel Škraňka named Mazars’ new international Partner

Prague, 11.1.2011: Pavel Škraňka (39), a partner of the Audit Department of the Mazars consulting company in the Czech Republic, was newly named a Partner of Mazars’ entire international network. He has been working in the company for more than 12 years. He is responsible for leading a team and implementing important transaction consulting projects.

“The naming of Pavel is a reflection of recognition for his high personal and professional qualities and the results of his many years of work on an international level. The naming of a third international partner is also a reflection of recognition for Mazars’ quality in the Czech Republic on the part of the entire Mazars network,” stated Milan Prokopius, the Managing Partner of Mazars in the Czech Republic and an international Partner of the Mazars network of consulting companies.

The international partners of the Mazars network are named once a year at the General Meeting which took place this year at the beginning of December in Prague. The total number of Mazars international partners is currently more than 730 and they take part in the management of offices in more than 61 countries and leading teams with more than 13,000 employees. Under their management the Mazars group managed to achieve turnover in the amount of EUR 884.4 million for the 2009-2010 financial year with a year-on-year growth of 14.3%.

The Mazars group has been providing information on its financial results since 2004 in its annual reports, audited by two independent audit companies, which are also supplemented by the transparency reports of the individual countries including the Czech Republic.
