Olga Přikrylová has more than 15 years of experience in human resources within the consulting company environment. 

In her role, she focuses on talent recruitment, HR reporting, labor law matters, and the implementation of new HR projects. A significant part of her work also involves connecting the academic world with the professional field—she and her team actively participate in lectures for students and help them understand the world of consulting professions and career opportunities. 

Her approach is based on an emphasis on communication, responsibility, and humanity in the workplace. She believes that modern HR is not just a matter of processes, but above all about people, their development, and their ability to adapt to the changing world of business and technology.
