Štěpán Ryšánek Director of Audit department

Štěpán Ryšánek has been working for Forvis Mazars since 2011. He has a deep knowledge of external audit, and he specializes in companies from production and service industry. He also cooperates on audits of financial statements prepared according to Czech legislation and IFRS. Štěpán Ryšánek has practical experience also in mergers and acquisitions. 

Štěpán is a statutory auditor registered with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. He is a graduate of University of Economics in Prague, where he earned master’s degree in Finances and Business valuation. He is also certified IFRS specialist (DipIFR certification). 

He speaks Czech and English.
