Elaine Daly Partner, Head of Business Consulting

Elaine Daly is Head of Business Consulting, where she leads a multidisciplinary team advising organisations across the public and private sectors on strategy, transformation, operational improvement and data-led decision making.

With more than 25 years' consulting experience, Elaine has worked with organisations navigating complex change programmes, operating model transformation, performance improvement and large-scale business transformation initiatives. She has extensive experience supporting clients across healthcare, public sector, life sciences and commercial industries.

Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Elaine held senior leadership roles within Grant Thornton, including serving as Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences for the Irish firm and as Global Head of Business Consulting for its International network. She began her consulting career with KPMG and has a proven track record in building high-performing advisory teams and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
