Naritsaporn Tanapoonsin Director - Taxation Practice

Naritsaporn is a tax director at Mazars in Thailand. She has over 10 years’ experience covering a wide range of tax services, including market entry strategies, M&A due diligence and structuring, tax-efficient reorganization, and tax advisory on domestic and cross-border transactions. She also worked on projects related to inbound and outbound investments.
Naritsaporn has worked with clients in various sectors, including funds, banking, financial services, insurance, technology, telecommunication, pharmaceutical & healthcare, hospitality, energy & natural resources, ecommerce, trading, manufacturing, and services.
Prior to joining Mazars, Naritsaporn worked was part of the international tax team in one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Thailand.
