Novelties in tax legislation of Ukraine
Mazars in Ukraine presents a new issue of its Tax Alert, dd. 21.05.2014, in which it summarized main changes in tax legislation of Ukraine that have been adopted in May, among which are:
- Application of the progressive tax rate scale for dividends postponed from 1 July 2014 to 1 January 2015
- New excise tax on spirits will apply starting 1 July 2014
- Tax base for residential property changed from residential to gross area
- 1 October 2014 - new deadline for transfer pricing reports proposed
