• 13 years of risk management experience in the financial services industry, focusing on risk management, compliance and integrated risk and control framework projects 
• More than 8 years of advisory and regulatory audit experience at a “big four” for national and international clients
• In-depth experience as engagement lead on various risk management and transformation projects, especially enabling the deployment of integrated, state-of-the-art governance, risk, internal control and compliance frameworks, designing and implementing target operating models for banks and insurers​
• Responsible for the management of several work streams for various years within the regulatory audit for a major international banking client covering operational risk and other governance and control frameworks; in the lead for various Internal Audit engagements (co- and outsourcing)​ 
• As part of an 18 months international assignment experience as a manager in London offering advisory services to banks and insurers in the UK marketplace
