Individual Accountability Framework (IAF)
Mazars and the Compliance Institute collaborated to deliver unique, in‑depth insight into the views, expectations and experiences of financial services professionals operating in Ireland.
Through jointly conducted research and engagement, this collaboration examines how firms and senior individuals are preparing for the introduction of the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) and the Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR).
The research explores levels of awareness, preparedness and understanding across the sector, highlighting the practical challenges firms face as they adapt to enhanced accountability, governance and conduct requirements. It also captures industry perspectives on implementation timelines, operational readiness and the cultural and organisational changes required to support compliance with the new regulatory framework.
