Laura leads the Public SectorConsulting team at Forvis Mazars. With over 20 years of experience at CEO and board level, she has successfully led transformative change initiatives within the public and not-for-profit sectors.

She specialises in working with public and not-for-profit organisations on:

• Organisational culture audits and governance reviews
• Strategic change initiatives, including:
  • client representative roles.
  • stakeholder engagement programmes.

Laura has extensive experience in designing and implementing development programmes across a broad range of sectors, including health and wellbeing, the circular economy, urban renewal and the creative industries.

An accomplished professional, Laura holds an MBA, is a Chartered Director and a certified Projects Director. She is also a Fellow and Past President of the Institute of Directors, Past President of the International Women’s Forum, an Honorary Architect of the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland and a Lean practitioner.
