At Forvis Mazars, I work as an AFAS Payroll Consultant in the Outsourcing service line, where I focus on payroll and HR processes for various organisations. My mission? To create peace of mind and reliability through processes that work, systems that are logically structured, and a thorough understanding of legislation and regulations. I believe it is important not only to advise, but also to actually implement improvements in AFAS, so that organisations notice the difference straight away.

My expertise lies at the intersection of payroll, HR processes, AFAS and process optimisation. I am often called upon when matters have become somewhat more complex, when greater control is required, or when changes in legislation and regulations need to be implemented in practice. I work in a structured and meticulous manner, with an eye for detail, but without losing sight of the bigger picture. My approach is clear: no unnecessary complexity, but clear and immediately applicable solutions that ensure sustainable improvement.

Outside of work, I love to relax by going fishing and camping. That peace and quiet in nature helps me stay sharp, both professionally and personally. I am constantly developing myself, because I am convinced that growth is always possible.
