Our services
Pay Transparency & ESG compliance
We support your journey to comply with the latest EU directives on sustainability and pay transparency:
- Readiness assessment & gap analysis: in-depth review of current practices vs. ESG and Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
- Recommendation report: practical roadmap to close gaps and achieve alignment.
- Gender Pay Gap (GPG) dashboard & analysis: GPG calculation, insights, and tailored visuals for internal and public reporting.
- Implementation support: hands-on guidance to execute alignment actions and ensure traceability.
We start by reviewing your current practices through a readiness assessment and gap analysis, benchmarking them against the latest EU directives. From there, we deliver a clear, actionable roadmap to close gaps and reduce compliance risks. To support transparency and informed decision-making, we create a tailored Gender Pay Gap (GPG) dashboard that combines accurate calculations with easy-to-read visuals for both internal and external reporting.
And because success depends on execution, we provide hands-on implementation support to turn plans into measurable results so your business stays compliant and ready for the future.
Equal Pay Certification
Fair pay isn't just an ethical choice, it's increasingly what talent, investors and regulators expect. As an accredited partner of the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation (the global certification entity from Switzerland), we are authorised to conduct audits that lead to an internationally recognised certification.
The Equal Pay Certification, powered by the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation and supported by our team, is more than a label, it's a trusted endorsement of your commitment to fairness, transparency and inclusive employer branding.
The process begins with a confidential salary analysis, where your pay data is reviewed against rigorous statistical standards to verify that gender-based gaps fall within an acceptable range. If your results meet the criteria, you move to an onsite review, where independent auditors from Forvis Mazars assess how deeply equal pay principles are embedded in your leadership, HR practices and employee experience.
Companies that meet the standard are awarded the EQUAL-SALARY certification, a globally recognised mark you can share proudly across internal and external channels. Certification is valid for three years, with two monitoring audits along the way to ensure your commitment to pay equity stays strong and sustainable.
Equitable compensation design
Align your pay structure with DE&I principles, legal requirements and modern workforce expectations through:
- Job evaluation system design: gender-neutral, transparent frameworks that ensure consistency
- Base pay design & salary grid definition: clear salary structures aligned with internal equity and market benchmarks.
- Integrated remuneration policy development: a coherent approach covering base pay, variable pay and benefits.
- Review of variable pay & merit practices: compliance with DE&I and sustainability principles in reward management
We start by implementing a gender-neutral job evaluation system, laying the foundation for consistent and transparent decisions across roles and levels. From there, we define a clear pay architecture, including a salary grid that reflects both internal equity and market realities.
To ensure everything works together, we develop an integrated remuneration policy that brings base pay, variable pay and benefits under one coherent framework. Finally, we review your variable pay and merit practices to make sure they reward performance while staying aligned with DE&I and sustainability principles.
Workforce upskilling
Training and communication services that support cultural transformation and ESG goals:
- Reward management training for HR & people leaders: building confidence in explaining pay decisions.
- Pay transparency & communication strategy: co-creating internal and external messaging that reflects your values.
- DE&I and ESG compliance training: preparing HR teams to navigate emerging compliance requirements.
- Anti-harassment & inclusive behaviour training: promoting a safe, respectful workplace.
An effective remuneration and ESG strategy is only as strong as the people behind it: those who understand it, communicate it and live it every day. That's why we offer reward management training for HR and people leaders, helping them explain pay decisions with clarity and confidence. We also work with you to co-create a pay transparency and communication strategy, ensuring your internal and external messaging reflects your values and meets regulatory expectations.
Our DE&I and CSRD compliance training prepares HR teams to navigate complex requirements and embed social responsibility into day-to-day practices. And to reinforce a respectful, inclusive workplace, we deliver anti-harassment and inclusive behaviour training, building a culture where everyone feels safe, valued and heard.
ESG governance setup
Embed ESG into your leadership framework and align governance with long-term sustainability:
- ESG in HR strategy design: integrating ESG across workforce, reward and culture.
- Executive-level ESG KPIs: performance metrics linked to real business impact.
- Governance structure setup: clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes.
- Culture integration: supporting mindset shifts that bring ESG to life.
We help you integrate ESG into your HR strategy, aligning your people, reward systems and organisational culture with long-term sustainability goals. To ensure accountability, we design executive-level ESG KPIs that connect leadership performance with measurable business and social outcomes.
We also support the setup of ESG governance structures, defining roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes with clarity and purpose. And because lasting change depends on people, we guide cultural integration efforts that shift mindsets and embed ESG values into the everyday behaviours of your teams.
