As a Senior Manager, HR & ESG Advisory, within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Florina brings over 14 years of experience in delivering strategic and operational projects across a wide range of industries, including public sector, financial services, retail, IT, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Her expertise lies in business analysis, project management and the design and implementation of complex HR transformation programmes, both on national and international level.​​

Florina is highly experienced in guiding organisations through HR modernisation, with a growing focus on ESG-related topics – particularly within the Social pillar - where she has developed advanced capabilities in Equal Pay, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.​​

​Her HR competencies include reward management, performance management, and organisational design. She supports clients in aligning HR structures to business strategies and contributes to building inclusive and transparent workplaces through tailored advisory and training services.​​

Florina holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She is a certified PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner and has completed specialised training in KPI and performance management (The KPI Institute), business analysis and process optimisation (IIBA standards), and Human-Centered Design (IDEO and Acumen methodology).​
