As a Senior Manager, HR & ESG Advisory, within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Florina brings over 14 years of experience in delivering strategic and operational projects across a wide range of industries, including public sector, financial services, retail, IT, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Her expertise lies in business analysis, project management and the design and implementation of complex HR transformation programmes, both on national and international level.
Florina is highly experienced in guiding organisations through HR modernisation, with a growing focus on ESG-related topics – particularly within the Social pillar - where she has developed advanced capabilities in Equal Pay, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
