Zuzana Švecová Manager of HR & Payroll Services

Zuzana Švecová has been working at Forvis Mazars since 2011, when she joined the company as a recent university graduate with no previous experience in payroll accounting, taking up the position of junior payroll assistant. Over the years, she has gradually worked her way up to a managerial position in the Payroll department. 

During her career, she has gained in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, and payroll process setup. She currently focuses on optimizing payroll processes, where she looks for ways to streamline payroll accounting activities. A key part of her work is participating in the development and implementation of Madison, an administrative portal for employees, HR staff, and payroll accountants.

Zuzana Švecová graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, majoring in Business Economics and Management. Zuzana is also a certified consultant of the Helios system. She speaks Czech and English.
