Dr Sylvia Kaufhold, Maître en droit, has been Of Counsel at Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars) since 2021. Before, the German-French native spent 17 years at the European business law firm Noerr LLP, where she was a member of the practice group commerce & trade – most recently as a partner.

Sylvia Kaufhold advises domestic and international companies in the fashion & luxury, consumer goods, and industrial sectors. Her areas of expertise include (international) civil and commercial law, with a focus on general terms and conditions and contract law (B2B and B2C), as well as e-commerce and digitalisation. In addition, Sylvia Kaufhold, who is also a trained notary, provides legal support in real estate transactions and specialised notarial matters.

She was decorated various times by “Best Lawyers in Germany” (Handelsblatt) in the category “Deutschlands beste Anwälte” (Germany’s best lawyers) in the area of distribution law.
