Christos Pitsounis Partner

Christos Pitsounis is a Partner and Head of Financial Advisory services at Forvis Mazars in Greece. He is a Certified Public Accountant, accredited by the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Oversight Board (ELTE), and a member of ACCA, with more than 18 years of experience in audit and advisory services across sectors spanning the entire spectrum of economic activity.

He has led complex projects involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business and asset valuations, as well as project and corporate financing, supporting clients in strategic decision-making and negotiations. In addition, he possesses significant expertise in litigation support as a financial expert, delivering well-documented analyses for court and arbitration proceedings.

Christos is an ACCA member and holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance and a degree in International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
