Ioannis Alexiadis Director

Ioannis Alexiadis is a Certified Public Accountant and Director in the Audit & assurance department at Forvis Mazars, with over 14 years of experience in both audit and advisory services.
He has expertise in conducting audits of financial statements for both listed and non-listed companies, performing tax audits in the context of issuing tax compliance certificates, as well as carrying out agreed-upon procedures related to financial information across various sectors. He specializes in audits of financial statements prepared under IFRS and Greek GAAP, for a wide range of companies, including commercial, industrial, construction, service providers, etc.

He is also responsible for, and actively participates in, other assurance engagements, such as corporate transformations and sustainability reports.

He is a member of the ACCA, holds an MSc in Applied Accounting and Auditing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia.
