Stavros Kourounis Director

Stavros Kourounis is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited by the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board (HAASOB - ELTE) and holds the position of Director at Forvis Mazars, with over 16 years of experience.

He has experience in conducting audits of financial statements for both listed and non-listed companies, performing tax audits as part of the issuance of tax certificates, and performing agreed-upon procedures related to financial information in various sectors. He specializes in auditing financial statements according to IFRS and Greek Accounting Standards for a wide range of companies (commercial, industrial, construction, service providers, insurance companies, etc.). Additionally, he has worked on the conversion of financial statements from Greek Accounting Standards to IFRS. He has also conducted audits related to the achievement of milestones for various implementing bodies of Ministries within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Fund.

He is certified by the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board (HAASOB - ELTE) and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
