Profile

Almut Vogel works as a manager at the Berlin office of Forvis Mazars. She specializes in IT contract law and assists clients with drafting and negotiating complex contracts, particularly those related to software development and licensing models, implementation and transition projects - especially in the SAP environment - as well as cloud and XaaS solutions.

Her work also focuses on IT procurement in the public sector. Almut Vogel advises both contracting authorities and contractors on the conduct of procurement procedures as well as on the drafting of legally compliant contracts, including those based on the EVB IT contract standards. In addition, she assists her clients with issues related to digital regulation, particularly regarding current regulatory developments in the areas of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Almut Vogel possesses extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of the legal and economic framework conditions of her clients.
