Profile

Stephanie Becker-Bösch works as a Director in the Public Sector Advisory Team within the Consulting division at Forvis Mazars.

She studied law at Justus Liebig University in Giessen and passed the First State Examination in 1997. After completing her legal clerkship, she passed the Second State Examination in 1999 and began practicing as an independent attorney in her own law firm in 2000. There, she specialized in family and estate law and received the corresponding certifications as a specialist attorney in 2003 and 2009.

Stephanie Becker-Bösch started her career in the public sector in 2016 as a full-time deputy district administrator for the Wetterau district, before serving as first deputy district administrator from 2018 to 2024, overseeing the departments of Youth and Social Affairs, the JobCenter, Health, and Law and Order. In this role, she managed approximately 910 employees, oversaw a budget of approximately 340 million euros, and initiated numerous modernization projects, including the introduction of digital administrative processes, the establishment of an intermunicipal housing association, and the further development of organizational structures, such as specialized and financial controlling.

With her many years of experience as a lawyer, executive, and local politician, Stephanie Becker-Bösch now strengthens the Forvis Mazars team and contributes significantly to the successful implementation of consulting projects in the public sector.
