Profile
Mara Grünewald has been working as a Senior Associate at our Munich office since October 2022 and is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. She provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on corporate acquisitions and divestitures, corporate structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of complex transaction documentation. A particular focus of her practice includes cross-border M&A transactions, especially in the energy sector. She deepened her expertise by completing an LL.M. in International Business Law taught in English.
In addition, Mara Grünewald is involved in the establishment and further development of the German-Romanian Desk and regularly advises clients on cross-border transactions in the CEE region.
