Melek Mounzer joined Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars) in 2022 as an Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A department. She started her career as a lawyer in a Frankfurt boutique law firm in the area of Corporate & Commercial Law. Before her admission to the bar, she gained a lot of experience in international commercial law firms. She advises national and international clients, particularly in the IT, industry and service sectors. She accompanies clients at all stages. From the foundation of a company to the sale/acquisition as well as transformation of companies.
