Profile
Michael Weinberger joined our Munich Office in March 2022 as a Manager and part of the corporate/M&A practice group. His work focuses on advising national and international clients in private equity, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions. He advises clients on general corporate law issues, including the execution of legal due diligence, the drafting of contracts in national and international corporate transactions (share deals/asset deals) and the drafting of agreements under corporate law (partnership agreements, shareholders' agreements, etc.). Before joining Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars), Michael Weinberger worked for a Munich-based boutique law firm in corporate/M&A.
