Profile
Mustafa Atalayin has been a member of our Corporate/M&A practice group at our Cologne office since 2025. His practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients in the areas of venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. This includes, particularly, drafting and negotiating contracts in connection with company formations, financing rounds, (cross-border) transactions (share deals/asset deals), as well as corporate restructurings and the establishment of joint ventures. His clients include (international) medium-sized companies, (international) investors, and startups. Mustafa Atalayin is admitted to practice law in Turkey and advises companies and private individuals on German-Turkish legal matters involving cross-border transactions, investments, and legal issues in both countries.
