Olivier Gramling Partner
Professional Background
Olivier Gramling is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. A graduate of ESC Lille and holder of a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Audit from IECS, he began his career in both audit firms and corporate finance roles, including as a Chief Financial Officer, before joining Mazars in 2003.
At Mazars, he developed strong expertise in the audit of industrial and service groups preparing consolidated financial statements. In 2011, he joined the firm’s International Business Unit in Strasbourg, focusing primarily on French subsidiaries of foreign groups, for which he delivers both audit and accounting advisory services.
Olivier also supports startups and innovative companies, particularly in relation to company creation, structuring, and development strategy, helping entrepreneurs secure a solid financial and operational foundation.
Alongside his professional activities, he is also an academic lecturer at EM Strasbourg Business School, where he teaches within the Master’s program in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA).
