Rahwa Efrem joined the Corporate/M&A practice group at Forvis Mazars Munich in February 2023. Her practice focuses on advising national and international companies on (cross-border) corporate transactions (share deals/asset deals), restructurings (within and outside of reorganisation law) and general corporate law. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Rahwa Efrem worked as a research assistant in national and international group companies in the areas of corporate law / M&A.
