Profile
Dr. Sebastian Köhnlein has been a Senior Associate at Forvis Mazars since 2024. He works as an attorney as part of Charlotte Kulenkampff’s team at our Hamburg office. His practice focuses on advising corporations on corporate governance matters under corporate law, as well as providing transaction-related advice to medium-sized companies. A particular focus of his work is the structuring of complex contractual relationships.
Furthermore, Dr. Sebastian Köhnlein has extensive experience advising on legal issues related to sustainable corporate governance, as well as providing internal and external counsel in the area of anti-money laundering law.
