Yannik Metz joined the corporate/M&A practice group in our Cologne office in 2021. His focus is on advising national and international clients in venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and corporate housekeeping. This includes in particular the drafting and negotiation of agreements in the context of company formations, financing rounds, (cross-border) transactions (share deal/asset deal) as well as the restructuring of companies and the formation of joint ventures. His clients include (international) medium-sized companies, (international) investors as well as start-ups.
