Laura O'Neill is a director in Forvis Mazars consulting and leads the strategy and organisational design service line. She has extensive experience leading strategic planning, organisational design and transformation projects for clients across the public, not-for-profit and regulatory sectors. Laura works with organisations to develop effective strategies, design operating models and support the successful delivery of change.
