Forvis Mazars in Italy has developed and made available to its clients the eDesk portal, a digital platform that enables real-time access and download of comprehensive corporate accounting and tax data — from trial balances to ledger accounts and detailed transaction analysis, as well as Vat registers or Income tax / Vat return.

eDesk also provides access to inbound and outbound electronic invoices and serves as a tool for the compliant digital archiving of accounting and tax documentation.

Additionally, the portal supports payment and collection deadline tracking and facilitates supplier payment management through the generation of electronic payment files compatible with remote banking systems.

eDesk can be clearly tailored to specific client needs, such as cost approval workflows or invoice payment processes.
