Daňová povinnost při poskytování ubytování- 5.2.2019

Přihlaste se k registraci DPH. Tak zněl ve zkratce dopis z finančního úřadu, který nedávno dostala paní Helena. Přivydělává si k důchodu pronájmem pokoje ve svém domě a její příjmy jsou pár tisíc korun měsíčně. "Proč? Je to snad další buzerace a ztěžování života malým podnikatelům," ptá se osmašedesátiletá žena. Problém je v tom, že Helena nabízí pronájem pokoje přes internetovou platformu Booking.com.

Odborníci: Návrh MF pro malé živnostníky je krok správným směrem, 4. 2. 2019

Návrh ministerstva financí k sjednocení odvodů a daní do jedné platby pro drobné živnostníky je podle daňových odborníků krok správným směrem, který sníží administrativu. Experti zároveň upozornili na to, že systém zřejmě nebude výhodný pro všechny drobné živnostníky a že bude záležet na detailech znění připravovaného zákona.

Co všechno v roce 2019 ovlivní zvýšení minimální mzdy, 11. ledna 2019

Minimální mzda se pro rok 2019 zvyšuje o 1 150 korun na 13 350 korun. Zaměstnanci pracující za minimální mzdu tak na svůj účet obdrží o 798 korun více, zbytek spolknou daně. Od výše minimální mzdy se však odvíjejí i různé daňové limity, zálohy na zdravotní pojištění i zaručená mzda.
