Od letošního října platí přísnější podmínky pro odchod do předčasné penze. Hodně lidí proto využilo možnost odejít do předčasného důchodu ještě za starých podmínek během prázdnin a září. Přivýdělky a možnosti zaměstnání jsou však i nadále omezené pro všechny předčasné penzisty. V roce 2024 přitom budou platit pro přivýdělky u dohod o provedení práce ještě přísnější podmínky.

Průměrná hrubá mzda byla ve druhém čtvrtletí letošního roku 43 193 Kč. Zatímco desetina nejlépe placených zaměstnanců pobírala mzdy přes 70 tisíc, opačná desetina je měla pod hranicí 19 320 Kč. Jana Boštíková has been in the management of the company since 2017 and is responsible for payroll outsourcing, HR and ESG services. Vendula Pešková has been newly appointed to lead the accounting outsourcing services section. Vendula Pešková replaces the current outsourcing leading partner Nicolas Candy, who will continue at Mazars with a new role which will be announced shortly.

31 October 2023 - Mazars, the international audit, tax and advisory firm, today announces, that its office in the Czech Republic has two new leading partners of the Outsourcing Department. Částečně nesoběstačných lidí bude podle demografických odhadů v Česku do roku 2060 kolem milionu, trojnásobně více než doposud. Kapacity sociálních služeb jsou podle odborníků napnuté, nejvíce zátěže je tak na rodinných příslušnících, kterým ale péče o blízké často znemožňuje pracovat. Pomoci má mimo jiné návrh zákona o daňovém zvýhodnění pojištění dlouhodobé péče. Ten ale kritizuje opozice.
