Appointment of a Trustee of the IFRS Foundation
On 3 March 2025, the IFRS Foundation announced the appointment of Rowena Chu as a new Trustee. Her appointment is effective immediately for a term ending 31 December 2027.
Her appointment brings the number of Trustees to 22 and the number of Trustees from Asia-Oceania to 6, as required by the IFRS Foundation Constitution.
