IFRS Foundation and TNFD collaboration
The IFRS Foundation and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) have committed to collaborate on building the TNFD recommendations into the development of future ISSB standards.
In particular, the two bodies will share research and knowledge to inform development of the ISSB’s Biodiversity, Ecosystems and Ecosystem Services (BEES) project and future enhancement of nature-related content in the SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) standards.
