‘The cancelation of the VAT settlements’, by Antonio Moreno
The 20th of September, the economic newspaper ‘Expansión’ published an article about the cancelation of the VAT settlements, written by Antonio Moreno, lawyer at Mazars.
Moreno explained, in a detailed way, the practical effects that the Resolution of the Central Economic-Administrative Court (TEAC) will entail. Since it was published on the 29th of June, this resolution has provoked some controversies within the Administration.
