Forvis Mazars advises idverde on its expansion into the Spanish market

The Financial Advisory team at Forvis Mazars in Spain has advised idverde, Europe’s leading green services group, on the acquisition of a majority stake in El Ejidillo Viveros Integrales, one of Spain’s most established green services providers based in Madrid with over 30 years’ experience.
The Transactions team at Forvis Mazars carried out the financial and tax due diligence for this transaction, which represents a strategic milestone in idverde’s European expansion.
The company, backed by the private equity firm Core Equity Holdings, is focusing on the Spanish market, one of the most attractive in Europe, offering solid fundamentals and growing demand for sustainable nature-based solutions and resilient urban infrastructure.
