Three new partners and a manager has joined Mazars

Three new partners, Germán Alonso-Alegre, Clementina Barreda, and Antonio Perales, and a manager, Roberto de la Calle, have joined the Department of Administrative and Public Law of Mazars. All of them come from Iberforo Madrid Lawyers and have a long experience within the field of Administrative, Urbanism and Chemical Law. This is a proof of the constant growing of the company, which little by little is closer to being amongst the more well-known ones of the country. Specifically, thanks to these incorporations, Mazars reinforces the area of Mercantile Law.

Germán Alonso-Alegre has been working for more than 15 years in the field of Contentious-Administrative Law, regulated sectors, and Electoral Right. Among other positions, he was a member of the Provincial Electoral Board of Madrid during the last general autonomic and European elections, and also he has been a member of the Data Protection Agency of the Community of Madrid.

Clementina Barreda has joined Mazars as partner in the Mercantile and Public area, with long experience within the health, nutritious and tobacco sectors. Specifically, she is an expert of mergers and acquisitions, and disloyal competence and advertising.

Foto Antonio Perales

Antonio Perales has a long experience within the field of expropriation, city planning, energy and public contract, among other sectors.

 

Roberto de la Calle

Roberto de la Calle has joined Mazars as manager of public and administrative law. He is Higher Technician of the Community of Madrid, has been juridical coordinator of the Ivima (Madrid Housing Institute) until 2009 and has experience in public contract and in administrative procedures.

These new incorporations at Mazars have been published at the economic newspaper ‘Expansión’.
