César del Portillo Tax Partner

César is an economist specializing in value chain analysis and transfer pricing services. Currently, César is the partner responsible for the Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Services practice at Forvis Mazars.

Throughout their professional career, César has been responsible for accounting policies in financial and management control departments in various corporations for over thirteen years, as well as a consultant in the value chain and transfer pricing department at a Big Four firm for more than nine years.

César specializes in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies through the application of value chain analysis methodologies. César has led global transfer pricing documentation projects for large multinational groups and managed interactions with the Spanish Tax Administration.

Lastly, César has taught classes at several universities and has been a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences on contemporary tax issues.
