Xoan Jovaní Guiral Audit Partner

Xoan holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a Master's in Management of Insurance and Financial Entities from the University of Barcelona, and a Postgraduate degree in Auditing and Accounting from the University of Barcelona.

Additionally, Xoan is a certified auditor (Member of the ROAC). They have developed their professional career in financial auditing of international and national groups, with experience in legal auditing and handling accounting issues for insurance under local regulations and IFRS. They also possess multidisciplinary skills through periodic participation in Financial Advisory Services projects, mainly financial due diligence.

Throughout their professional career, and for more than five years, Xoan has collaborated as a professor of financial auditing in the Master's in Auditing and Accounting taught by the University of Barcelona. They have also participated as a teacher in the ROAC access courses taught by the Col.legi de Censors Jurats de Catalunya and have given seminars on accounting for insurance entities at INESE.

Xoan is a partner in the insurance sector at Forvis Mazars in Spain.
