2025 Oriental Sake Awards (August 2025)
The Hong Kong Sake Festival 2025, also organized by FJSIHK, took place at The Mira Hotel, showcasing over 800 types of premium sake and shochu from 43 Japanese prefectures. Attendees experienced various competition-grade sakes, including exclusive limited editions and rare brews making their debut in Hong Kong.
Over the rigorous three-day Oriental Sake Awards jury process, Co-Chairs and Panel Leaders carefully voted to select the annual champions among the renowned sake entries. Our Principal, Amanda Yuen, together with our dedicated audit team, ensured fair and transparent supervision throughout the competition.
Congratulations to everyone involved on the resounding success of the Hong Kong Sake Festival 2025! We eagerly anticipate the official results of the Oriental Sake Awards, expected to be announced in September.
