2026 Oriental Sake Awards

Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong is privileged to once again serve as the official sponsor and independent auditor for the 2026 Oriental Sake Awards (亞洲清酒大賞), organized by the Federation of Japanese Sake Industry of Hong Kong and held at the Hopewell Hotel from August 18–20.

This year’s Festival offered a dynamic and expansive platform, showcasing over 800 premium sake and shochu labels sourced from 43 prefectures across Japan—including numerous exclusive limited editions and first‑time Hong Kong debuts.

Over the three‑day judging period, our Partner, Amanda Yuen, and our dedicated audit team provided rigorous oversight, ensuring that every stage of the competition adhered to the highest standards of fairness and transparency. The Co‑Chairs and Panel Leaders then deliberated extensively to select the champions from an exceptionally strong field of entries.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the FJSIHK for their continued trust in our firm, and we warmly congratulate all organisers, participants, and brewers on the resounding success of this year’s Festival. The official award results are expected to be released in September, and we look forward to celebrating the winners alongside the entire sake community.
