Introduction of the Anti-Discrimination Ordinances in Hong Kong Session (May 2025)
On 15 May 2025, Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong had the pleasure of hosting an insightful session on the Introduction of the Anti-Discrimination Ordinances in Hong Kong, facilitated by Ms. Sharon Lui, the Training Officer from the Equal Opportunities Commission.
Sharon introduced the four Anti-discrimination Ordinances in Hong Kong that can arise across different industries. She also provided practical strategies on how to prevent and respond to discrimination & harassment. The session deepened our colleagues’ understanding of the Ordinances, strengthen our knowledge on the legal liability and effective ways of promoting equal opportunities.
