Wellness Friday Programme Session #4 — Office Stretching Session (18 Jul 2025)
We were thrilled to have Mantha, an experienced yoga instructor, leading the session. With her background in social work and over 15 years of experience in yoga therapy, she shared valuable insights on mindfulness and stress relief. Colleagues did chair stretches and breathing exercises with essential oils to relieve muscle tension from desk work. We paused, closed our eyes, and let go of workplace stress, instantly feeling calmer and more centered. Participants left feeling rejuvenated and inspired to incorporate these practices into their daily routines.
