Wellness Friday Programme Session #1 — matcha and hojicha (27 June 2025)

We had an amazing time at our first Wellness Friday Session on 27 June 2025!

In this newly launched initiative, we focused on enhancing our colleagues' mental and physical health. Partnering with the talented Man Kit, Aleck KWONG, a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT), we explored the power of creativity and mindfulness. 

Participants engaged their five senses with matcha and hojicha, creating a meaningful here-and-now experience. Through painting and calligraphy with tea as ink, everyone unleashed their creativity and reconnected with themselves, each other, and nature.

The session provided a wonderful space to find peace and hope amidst life’s uncertainties. We're excited to continue this journey towards wellness together!
