Wellness Friday Programme Session #5 — Health talk(25 Jul 2025)
Participants engaged in a thought-provoking discussion about the "Seven Office Health Crises", exploring the signs their bodies send them amidst the fast-paced work environment. Led by the registered Chinese medicine practitioner, the session provided valuable insights into self-care techniques and remedies.
The practitioner demonstrated how to stimulate different acupoints to relieve fatigue and discomfort in the body. Colleagues actively participated by trying out pressing various acupoints themselves, focusing on alleviating issues related to the eyes, head, and lower back. During the event, we also distributed specially crafted herbal tea bags designed for both men and women, encouraging everyone to take a moment to enjoy a cup of tea and unwind during our busy workday.
The interactive format encouraged lively discussions, and attendees left with practical advice to restore balance in their lives. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this session a success!
