2nd Hong Kong Capital Markets Forum 2025 (15 January 2025)

The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm at the 2nd Hong Kong Capital Market Forum, where industry leaders, government representatives, and financial professionals convened to influence the future of finance in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and beyond. Held on January 15, 2025, the forum served as a platform for in-depth discussions, networking opportunities, and the examination of emerging trends within the capital market sector. Under the theme “Enhancing Economic Vitality and Strengthening Competitiveness,” the event provided a valuable platform to explore the development of the Chinese capital markets and Hong Kong’s role, innovations in the Hong Kong capital markets, as well as the current status and future trends of Hong Kong

The forum kicked off with powerful keynote speeches by industry leaders setting the tone of discussions that followed. One of the key takeaways from the event was the discussion aroud the Hong Kong capital market. Industry experts highlighted the increasing interest in sectors such as governance as driver for long-term listing market growth and trends of RMB internationalization in 2025.
