Grace Xia attended the Beijing Delegation organized by TIHK (July 2025)
Last week, our Tax Director, Grace Xia, was delighted to attend a significant event, the Beijing Delegation, organized by TIHK. During the delegation visit to Beijing, Grace, together with Hong Kong tax industry leaders met with representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration, the China Certified Tax Agents Association, the Beijing Certified Tax Agents Association, the Chinese Tax Institute, and the China International Taxation Research Institute.
Over the two-day visit, academic exchanges and site visits were conducted to foster collaboration in the tax sector, enhance mutual understanding of the tax systems in both regions, and further strengthen cooperation between Hong Kong and Mainland China in taxation. These discussions provided valuable insights into the latest policy developments and best practices in cross-border taxation. Engaging with leading tax experts not only deepened professional knowledge but also paved the way for future joint initiatives. This visit underscores our commitment to advancing excellence and innovation in the tax profession across both markets.
